Batteries were horrible, until now.
We ordered all the parts to build our own battery system, mostly out of frustration. None of the all-in-ones had decent DC power or could charge in freezing temperatures. Everything was designed for household backup power, not a truck.
Then we found Comvolt, and it turns out these guys know ball.
The Comvolt 4200 packs 328Ah of lithium power into an incredibly compact, all-in-one 12V system.
What makes it different? Self-heating lithium cells that support charging in temperatures as low as -13°F, a compact form factor that’s easy to mount, and massive DC output.
That last part is a big deal. Your fridge, Starlink, lights, and diesel heater all run on 12V power. Most portable power stations leave you fighting over a single underpowered cigarette lighter plug.
The Comvolt gives you a 120A rear DC port, two 40A front ports that support both input and output, plus USB and cigarette lighter connections. Finally, enough power and connections to run your camper without playing musical plugs.
No complicated marine electrical system. No collection of expensive components. Just serious power in a tiny package.
