Enjoy a standing height shelter, and a cozy place to sleep, all in a package designed to withstand extreme use, with the least amount of added weight and height to your truck. Mount your lights, awnings, tools, or anything else to the accessory tracks on the front, sides and rear. The roof will open with 75 pounds on top.
Undo two latches, and push the tent’s roof skywards. Gas struts will handle the rest. Time to go? Pull the roof down, close the latches, and hit the road. Both tasks together take less time that it took to read this paragraph. You don’t even need to be camping to take advantage of the instantly accessible standing height to change clothes.
Pop open the panels on the camper’s sides and rear, then can kick back and relax while enjoying the shade, plus total access to your truck bed.
A three-panel modular floor instantly converts the camper from a 2.5-person sleeping space to a standing desk, a spot to change, or even a bunk bed, either totally enclosed, or with the windows zipped open to enjoy the elevated, panoramic view.
We cope our proprietary aluminum extrusion and strengthen its joints with internal billet aluminum joinery. It looks cool, but it’s also the lightest, strongest design possible.
We lay a weatherproof rubber gasket on your truck bed, then secure the camper onto your truck, before attaching it to your bed rails with burly billet aluminum clamps.
Just like a trophy truck, every GFC is serviceable. If you drive as hard as we do, we’ve got the spare parts, technical expertise, and service department to back you up. Or, if you’re simply cruising fire roads to access remote surf spots or climbs, the Platform Camper will hold up to decades of use.
